SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 459(RLS) An Act                            
establishing new eligibility for medical assistance for certain disabled       
persons and giving their eligibility for services the highest priority         
among optional services and groups under the medical assistance                
program; amending the definition of personal care services in a                
recipients home as used in the medical assistance program; moving              
midwife services from being the first to being the seventh service             
eliminated under the medical assistance program when there is

assistance program for chronic and acute medical conditions; and               
providing for an effective date was engrossed, signed by the                   
President and Secretary and returned to the House for consideration.
